Archbishop Dr. Sidley R. Mullings

Archbishop Sidley Mullings is the Senior Pastor of The Rugby Deliverance Tabernacle, Brooklyn NY and the Presiding Prelate of the United Fellowship of Christian Churches International Inc., New York with ecclesiastical jurisdiction of districts in Asia, Africa, North and South America and the Caribbean. He is also the co-founder and President of Mullings Ministries Charitable Corporation. 

 

Archbishop Mullings received his call to the ministry and has been preaching the gospel for over forty (40) years. While in Jamaica, he served in the Holiness Christian Church as the founder and Pastor of the Ensom City Holiness Christian Church, St. Catherine and as the General Secretary of that denomination for many years.

Upon taking up the leadership as the Senior Pastor of The Rugby Deliverance Tabernacle (formerly The Rugby Congregational Church) in 1987, Archbishop Mullings has led the church through a transformative phase in its 107 year history with the direct oversight of the expansion of the existing ministries and formation of new and vibrant arms within the church. His passion for the youth has led to a revolution in the Youth ministry, witnessed by the numerical and phenomenal spiritual growth and maturity of the youths.


Archbishop Mullings and his wife of over 40 years, Reverend Lorna Mullings, are Executive Directors of Dorcas Medical Mission. This group of over five hundred volunteers has carried out missionary work in many regions, including India, South Africa, West Africa, South America, North America, The Philippines and the Caribbean. In their 20 year existence, they have provided medical, social and spiritual resources for thousands of poor and needy people. The mission, under the leadership of Archbishop Mullings, has acquired property in South Africa and Ghana, on which there is a multi-million-dollar project for the establishment of a school, health center, and orphanage among other developments.


Archbishop Mullings has been lauded by the various representatives of Government in the borough of Brooklyn as well as the city and state of New York for his invaluable service, exemplary leadership and outstanding contribution to the community of Brooklyn, the city and state of New York and around the world. 


He and the Reverend Lorna Mullings are the proud parents of two children, Joanna and Matthew, son-in-law Garnet and grandchildren Kiana and Alexander, all partnering with him in the ministry. His message is one of restoration, empowerment and service to the Kingdom.
